Overview

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily landscape maintenance operations. You will be responsible for managing maintenance crews, ensuring high-quality service delivery, coordinating schedules, and maintaining commercial and residential landscapes to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, plant knowledge, and operational coordination to ensure sites remain safe, healthy, and visually appealing.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of plant care, turf management, irrigation systems, and pest control
• Ability to supervise and lead maintenance teams effectively
• Good understanding of safety procedures and equipment handling
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in landscape maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred
